PlayStation 5 players can win an all-expense paid trip to London just for playing Fortnite, FC 25, ASTRO BOT y TEKKEN 8

Sony wants to bring out the competitive side of PlayStation players, so it is preparing a new competitive event with attractive prizes. Those interested only need to prove their skills in popular games like Fortnite, EA Sports FC 25, ASTRO BOT, and TEKKEN 8.

This event is PlayStation Tournaments: XP, an esports competition that aims to find the best competitive players worldwide. The event will have qualifying rounds to choose the most outstanding PS5 users in these games, who will then be able to travel to London with all expenses paid.

They will be able to compete in the main event of PlayStation Tournaments: XP, which will take place early next year in the city. Below are the details if you want to participate and compete for the trip.

PlayStation Tournaments: XP gives you a trip to London

PlayStation Tournaments: XP is an event divided into two phases: online and in-person. The first phase consists of regional qualifying rounds for Fortnite, EA Sports FC 25, ASTRO BOT, and TEKKEN 8.

The best players will be selected for the second phase, which will take place live in London. The lucky ones will travel with all transportation and accommodation expenses paid to join the Triangle, Circle, Cross, and Square teams to compete for the championship.

Of course, there will be various exclusive prizes that Sony has yet to reveal. The competition in London will be streamed live on YouTube and Twitch on January 18, 2025, so all brand fans can enjoy PlayStation Tournaments: XP from their homes.

How to participate in PlayStation Tournaments: XP?

All PlayStation 5 players can participate in PlayStation Tournaments: XP as the qualifiers are open. Those for TEKKEN 8, EA Sports FC 25, and Fortnite are already available, while those for ASTRO BOT will take place on December 13.

The best players from this phase will go to a regional closed final, which will also be played online. The winners will earn the right to participate in the in-person PlayStation Tournaments: XP event and travel to London.

Online qualifiers are available through the PlayStation Tournaments section on the PS5 home screen, where you can check upcoming tournaments. The requirements are to be over 18 years old, have a console, an internet connection, and a PlayStation Plus subscription. Players from all regions, including Latin America, can participate.
