The Halloween festivities haunt Dead by Daylight from October 11 to November 3, starting with the release of store collections. The most recent archive volume will be released on October 12, just in time for the Halloween event in the full game on October 13.
On October 12, a new rift opens, bringing with it the memories of the killer Ghost Face and survivor Mikaela Reid. Fans will be able to delve into the devilish mind behind the mask and discover what keeps the serial killer awake at night.

The Haunted Dead by Daylight event will allow fans to unlock several spooky cosmetic items, enjoy the ominous atmosphere of the mist, and complete new challenges. Dead by Daylight's lobby and loading screens will be decorated with scary pumpkins and creepy decorations. Players will also experience a new gameplay element where they will have to collect and steal "void energy." Last but not least, there will be daily login rewards.
Costumes are mandatory for Halloween. Players are encouraged to dress up their favorite killers and survivors in their finest attire with new outfits from the Holy Rot Collection and the limited-time Trick-or-Treat Collection, which will be available from October 11 to November 3. During this time, the Midnight Grove Collection will also make a return with two new extremely rare outfits for Mikaela Reid and The Doctor.
Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer survival horror game. The title was released in 2016 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, before coming to Nintendo Switch in 2019.
